Yoga classes in the locality of Yatton, Congresbury, Churchill, Wrington, Blagdon, Burrington, Ubley, Langford, Butcombe and across the Chew Valley.

Yoga is a stimulating form of exercise which tones the muscles, strengthens and invigorates the whole system, and thereby relaxes the mind and body.

Nick Long - Iyengar Yoga Teacher

Nick Long is a fully qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher. He has practised Yoga for over ten years, which included two years of Teacher Training at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in London and the Bath Iyengar Yoga Centre.

He currently offers two weekly classes. If these class times do not suit you, please contact Nick and let him know. If there is enough interest another morning or afternoon class can be started up.

Private tuition is also available.



Classes run until 24th July 2008 and begin again on 3rd September 2008.

As you're coming through Blagdon towards Bath, go past the post office on the left, up the hill and turn right at the Seymour Arms into Street End (which turns into Rhodyate further up the hill). The centre is on the right hand side. Please park in one of the upper car parks.

Class Levels Key

Beginners

All standards are welcome to the class, however focus is given to the basic poses.

General

This is a more challenging class, however the teacher will look after any newer students and beginners if they would like to come.

All students need to ensure that they have completed a Health Declaration Form to ensure that the teacher takes into account any relevant conditions.
